Join Us for a Community Blood Drive
📅 Monday, October 27 • 🕚 11 a.m.–3 p.m.
📍 Carl Maxey Center, 3114 E 5th Ave | Spokane, WA 99202
We are excited to open our doors to the public for a lifesaving opportunity! In partnership with Vitalant, we’re hosting a blood drive at the Carl Maxey Center on Monday, October 27 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Everyone; individuals, families, friends, colleagues, is invited to come together, donate blood, and help support patients in need.
Why Participate?
Every donation makes a real difference. The blood collected through donor-drives helps meet the critical needs of hospitals and patients in our region and beyond.
No special qualifications needed, simply a willingness to help. Vitalant guides the process from start to finish.
A convenient, welcoming in-person event in our community. Let’s come together to give back.
What to Know Before You Go
Please plan for about 45–60 minutes: registration, a short health screening, the donation itself, and a recovery snack.
Drink plenty of water and eat a healthy meal beforehand.
Bring a valid photo ID.
If you’ve donated recently or have specific eligibility questions, check the current guidelines on Vitalant’s website.
Feel free to invite friends, family, neighbors. Every donor counts.
How to Get Involved
Simply show up during the event hours (11 a.m.–3 p.m.) at the Carl Maxey Center.
Want to plan ahead? While you’re not required to register, you may visit Vitalant’s website to learn more, which helps with planning and awareness.
Spread the word! The more donors we bring in, the greater our impact.
Let’s Make an Impact Together
By donating, you’ll be part of something meaningful: giving life, hope, and support. We hope to see you there: ready to roll up your sleeve and show our community how much we care.
