5th Avenue Forward is a grassroots, community-led revitalization initiative focused on East Central Spokane, especially along 5th Avenue. 

Their mission is to invest in the neighborhood without displacing residents, preserving affordable housing, supporting local Black and BIPOC-owned businesses, and restoring community spaces.
